Our mission at Craft Steel Construction Group was to transform the office space to reflect the organization’s identity and operational needs. The primary challenge involved creating a secure yet engaging environment that conveys professionalism while adhering to strict security requirements.
Security & Control System
Central to our strategy was navigating complex security protocols, requiring continuous monitoring and controlled access. We developed a comprehensive control system with strategically placed card access points to regulate entry throughout the building. This setup allows 24-hour access in designated areas while maintaining strict limitations elsewhere. Programmable card access is seamlessly integrated across public meeting rooms, private offices, and a communal kitchen.
Workspace Design
Spanning 3,774 square metres, the workspace now showcases a revitalized environment inspired by mid-century modern aesthetics. High ceilings, warm wood finishes, and a focus on sustainability create a welcoming atmosphere. Staff benefit from ample natural light, energy-efficient systems, and a layout optimized for both collaboration and privacy.
